Only Ukrainian players are admitted to the championship.

Draw
All players will be divided into 4 seeding pots according to the ELO rating on BoardGameArena.
Pots 1, 2 and 3 will include 16 players each.
Pot 4 will contain all remaining players.
The ELO rating at the moment of time: September 6, 2024 0:00 will be used to divide into pots.
Date of drawing: September 7 or 8.
The draw will be online on the Carcassonne Ukraine YouTube channel.
Group Stage
Based on the draw results, players will be divided into 8 groups: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H.
Each group will include 2 players from each of the following pools: 1, 2, 3, 4.
In the group stage, players compete in an elimination format, up to two losses – using a Double Elimination format.
After two losses, the player is eliminated from the tournament.

The winners of the Upper Final and Consolidated Final from each group will advance to the Playoffs.
All matches will be played:
- In a Best of Three format
- In real-time – Real Time, Slow Speed mode
- Players will have 1 week to agree on a match time and play each match
Tournament dates: September 9th – October 6th
Playoffs
The top two players from each group will advance to the playoffs.
All playoff matches will be played in a knockout format – Single Elimination.

- Round of 16
- Quarterfinals
- Semifinals
- Third-place match
- Final
All matches will be played:
- In a Best of Three format
